We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Guerrero Negro. Thank you so much for the hospitality and for kindly holding two rooms for us until late at night. We arrived around 9:30pm, and our rooms were ready and waiting even though we had only made the reservation over the phone without a credit card or deposit. That level of trust and service is truly appreciated. After a long day on the road, we were tired and hungry. Even though the restaurant on site was just 30 minutes from closing and had no other customers, the staff still welcomed us and took our orders. That meant a lot to us as weary travelers. The beds were comfortable, the shower with hot water, and soap and towels were provided. In the morning, the hotlel offers complimentary coffee. Very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. Highly recommend!
Well, it is 4 stars given the nature of the place - you shouldn’t expect a luxury stay in such an area. So TerraSal has nothing outstanding about it but it does the job - rooms are spacious, with hot water. Large parking inside. A decent breakfast. I would rather call it a motel, though
4 stars for the room since they no longer provide a coffee maker, microwave or fridge. Also the mini-split (heat and air conditioning system) does not produce heat. Being a cool, damp and breezy area overnight warmth can be welcome. 1200 pesos for 2 people, 2 queen size bed room.
Great clean rooms with hot water showers!! Friendly staff was super helpful! Review edit: 5th stay here was sub par! Two girls working the desk during the day shift were rude, shifty and unreasonable. The room was freezing and the rented blanket did not help. The toilet was SMELLY. Totally uncomfortable! So sorry to see the decline because this use to be one of my favorite stops on the way down the Baja.
Loved it! Very clean! Plus they have a guard all night outside in the parking lot. So you can sleep fweling safe for yourself and your car. The bathrooms and showers are clean and overall the room is clean and the A.C. works perfect and the room has a ceiling fan as well. ALSO the hotel has a restaurant and the food is delicious! I will definitely be staying here again during our next road trip.
Very clean, spacious and affordable. Free wifi but the signal is really poor in most areas otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Secured parking is great when you're hauling a trailer. In house restaurant is also nice. I think we paid around $800 MX for 2 people. Two queen beds per room. Quiet area. We always stay here. Recommend a reservation during the busy season especially if you're arriving late at night.
It is a walled parking lot so I felt my car and things were safe. The reception was too far for me to go and claim my TV remote not working. Location is perfect to go on with your journey as soon as possible.
Nice hotel just on the way into town. It is laid out like a compound with one way in/out. Though not gated, the property feels very secure and there are nice grounds for walking yourself and your dog. Rooms are clean and spacious, shower is big, though hot water was limited. A little sparse on the towels. But generally we felt safe and comfortable here.
